Our focus for the season as the clocks turn and days shorten is to provide more data where we can and share some approaches we have been working with. NOVEMBER - Changes to PLACES, NAMES AND RESOURCES following. 

NEW PLACE NAMES GAZETTEER TO BE CREATED OVER TIME!

Hampshire History's Gazetteer Initial Key (Work in Progress.) Enter a name or select an initial letter from our A-Z filters. This is a Beta Test and will be gradually expanded and updated as a master index to not just posts but data with a connection to each place name. More filters will be added over time.

We have an enormous gazetteer under construction, a collection of old and current place names in Hampshire but it will take time to pull together. We will add data in as time and dog walks allow.
